Our Ford Original Tooling F-Series dash pads are one of the most popular dashes on the market and for a good reason. Our manufacturing process starts with the vinyl which is the same Ford used when producing your F-Series original dash pad. The vinyl is vacuum formed for a perfect fit then using Original Ford Tooling is then filled with polyurethane foam. Metal inserts are added for strength and then the dash pad is punched out for it’s speaker grill and ducts. The end product isn’t just a reproduction, but a modern replication of the way Ford manufactured dash pads for these classic trucks.
