What is covered?
This Warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship, provided the customer purchased directly from Dashes Direct or filled out our warranty card when purchased from another authorized dealer. Dashes Direct cannot guarantee the quality or condition of products from distributors who do not meet our standards and no warranty is provided for unauthorized sellers.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty lasts the lifetime of the product. Coverage terminates if you sell or or transfer your Dashes Direct product.
What will Dashes Direct do?
Dashes Direct will repair or replace the defective product.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not apply to any Dashes Direct product which has been subject to misuse, improper installation, accident, natural disaster, or has been altered. Products may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered by the warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages or expenses caused by a defective product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
In order to be eligible for service you must:
- Have previously purchased from Dashes Direct or filled out our warranty card.
- Allow Dashes Direct to inspect the product in a reasonable time frame.
- Return the product within 30 days after being instructed to do so along with description of defect.
